Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Fact or Fake (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Fact or Fake is a trivia game application that presents true/false statements for entertainment and educational purposes. The App is provided free of charge with no in-app purchases.

Use of the App

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Redistribute or republish the App or its content
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App’s source code

Content Accuracy

The trivia statements in the App are curated for entertainment purposes. While we strive for accuracy:

• We do not guarantee that all statements and explanations are factually correct
• The App should not be used as a sole source of factual information
• Content may become outdated as new information becomes available

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, content, and branding, is the intellectual property of Harshit Gindra. All rights are reserved.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time without notice. Upon discontinuation, your licence to use the App terminates.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
